Email features

Email Forwarding

This feature allows you to forward any email address @yourdomain.co.uk to any other email address, for example a hotmail.com, yahoo.com or googlemail.com account. Each email address can forward to three other addresses.

Catch-All Email Forwarding

Forward ALL your email from yourdomain.co.uk to any other email address, for example a hotmail.com, yahoo.com or googlemail.com address.

Mail Boxes

Add mail boxes to your account. Set up mail boxes for different people or departments in your organisation to keep their email separate. Mail can be downloaded from mail boxes via POP3 or IMAP.

Email Distribution Lists

Set up a distribution list, then users can subscribe or unsubscribe to the list via a simple form on your website. You can email all members of the list via an easy system in the control panel.

Email Auto responders

These are often used for "Out of Office" type messages. Set up an auto responder on an email address and a message is set to everyone that emails that address.

Junk Mail Filters

No one likes to waste time with junk mail. Our advanced junk mail filters strip out spam from your mail BEFORE you download it. Mail classed as junk can be sent to a separate mail account so you can check only spam is being caught. You can set the sensitivity of the filter to be more or less cautious when assessing what is spam.

Our web mail is one of the most advanced around, incorporating features previously only found in programmes like Outlook.

Email is now a vital part of a business communication. For this reason our hosting packages have had significant investment in email infrastructure. Advanced hardware load balancers distribute email traffic intelligently to our web mail server. Messages are not stored on your web server, but centrally on massive disk arrays, which are backed up daily to a second array and also to tape stored off site.
