In the unlikely even of hardware failure, our platform can immediately bring online additional hardware on line to compensate, and ensure no disruption. For example if a mail server fails, another comes on line immediately and is configured to take over the work of the failed server, with no email loss.

Data is stored on two network disk arrays, and synchronised across both. In the event of a hardware failure in one array, the other array can continue to server data with no downtime.
